VIOLET TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Violet Township Zoning Commission will continue the Public Hearing for Case ZC-25-4 on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices located at 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington, Ohio 43147:

Case Number ZAMD-25-4 (Case ZC-25-4): an application for rezoning filed by EC New Vision Ohio, LLC c/o Kelly Fankhauser, 500 Stonehenge Parkway, Dublin, for 60 ± acres identified as 6725 Blacklick-Eastern Road NW, Pickerington, Ohio 43147 (Fairfield County Auditor’s Parcel No. 0360086101), on the south side of Blacklick Eastern Road, west of Toll Gate Road (the “Property”) owned by Violet Meadows Farms Ltd., 7360 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington.  This application proposes to amend the Violet Township Zoning Resolution by amending the Violet Township Zoning Map to rezone the Property from the R-1 and R-2, Single Family Residential Districts, to the PD, Planned Residential District in order to accommodate a 142-unit condominium development. This application also requests divergences. 

The text and map of this proposed amendment are available for examination, Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington, Ohio 43147.  The person responsible for giving notice of this public hearing by publication is Kelly Sarko, Violet Township Zoning Inspector.  

After the conclusion of the public hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Violet Township Board of Trustees for its action.
