Notice of Public Hearing
The Violet Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at the Violet Township Administrative Offices located at 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington to consider the following:
The continuation of Case VAR-25-2: an application for variance filed by Eric Campbell, 7433 Hill Road, Canal Winchester for property located at 7417-7433 Hill Road, Canal Winchester, owned by VBCMWC c/o Campbell, LLC, 13840 Leone Court, Pickerington. Pursuant to Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3AA6-02(D)(1), a variance from CEDA Development Standards Section 1.03 is requested to allow more than one wall mounted sign and to allow signs not located on designated frontage.
This application is available for examination Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 10190 Blacklick-Eastern Road, Pickerington, Ohio 43147.
