VIOLET TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Violet Township Zoning Commission will continue the Public Hearing for Case Number ZC-25-1: on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, located at 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington.
Case Number ZC-25-1: an application for rezoning filed by LeVeck Commercial Construction and Development LLC, 625 Eastgate Pkwy, Gahanna for 16.07± acres on the south side of Basil Western Road, west of Amanda Northern Road consisting of the following parcels: Parcel 0370211730 containing 3.63± acres, owned by The Ugly Mug Bar & Grill LLC. 9645 Basil Western Road, Canal Winchester and Parcel 0370211720 containing 12.44± acres owned by CW Industrial LLC, 625 Eastgate Parkway, Gahanna (together known as the “Property”). This application requests to amend the Violet Township Zoning Resolution by amending the Violet Township Zoning Map to rezone the Property from the Planned Business and Industrial District (PBID) to another Planned Business and Industrial District to allow flex office/warehousing/storage facilities and a restaurant/bar and other permitted and conditionally permitted uses as provided in the proposed Zoning Text. This application also requests divergences.
This application is available for examination Mondays through Fridays, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington. The person responsible for giving notice of this public hearing by publication is Kelly Sarko, Violet Township Zoning Inspector.
After the conclusion of the public hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Violet Township Board of Trustees for its action.
