VIOLET TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Notice of Public Hearing
The Violet Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at the Violet Township Administrative Offices located at 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington to consider the following:
Case VAR-24-27: an application for variance filed by Jay Luebbe, Luebbe Companies LLC, 401 Apple Blossom Road, Pataskala for property located at 12549 Toll Gate Road, Pickerington owned by William and Margot Miller. This application requests a variance from the provisions of Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3AA4-05(A)(5)(b) to allow the construction of a detached accessory building to be located in front of the home.
Case VAR-24-28: an application for variance filed by David Hensel, 13355 Toll Gate Road, Pickerington for property located at 11850 Saylor Road, Pickerington owned by David and Kelly Hensel. This application requests a variance from the provisions of Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3AA4-05(A)(6) to allow the construction of an accessory building before a principal building; and Section 3AA4-05(A)(4) to allow the height of an accessory building to exceed the height of the proposed home’s highest peak or ridge.
These applications are available for examination from Thursday, Friday, December 6, 2024 through Thursday, December 19, 2024 inclusive, Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 10190 Blacklick-Eastern Road, Pickerington, Ohio 43147.
