NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Violet Township Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, located at 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington to consider the following:
Case Number DEV-24-02: An application for Final Development Plan approval filed by Robert LeVeck, 625 Eastgate Parkway, Gahanna for parcel numbers 0370211720, 0370211730 and 0370211731 consisting of 19.705 acres owned by Ugly Gray LeVeck LLC, 625 Eastgate Parkway, Gahanna. Pursuant to Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3O4-01(6-8) this application requests Final Development Plan approval for the Planned Business and Industrial District known as Canal Commerce Center. This application also requests divergences from the Zoning Plan approved in May 2023.
This application is available for examination from Thursday, August 8, 2024, 2024 to Wednesday August 21, 2024 inclusive, Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington. The person responsible for giving notice of this public hearing by publication is Kelly Sarko, Violet Township Zoning Inspector.
