The Violet Township Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 7:15 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, located at 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road to consider the following application:
Case Number ZC-26-1: an application to submit property to the Community Gathering Place Overlay District (CGPOD) filed by Spencer Wolverton, G2 Planning, 720 East Broad Street, Columbus and Drew Miller, Arbor Homes, 6797 North High Street, 238, Worthington; for 44 acres on the north side of Stemen Road, north of Allen Road consisting of: 35± acres (Parcel Number 0360003400) owned by 6940 Stemen Road, LLC c/o H Bert Lindsay, 5880 Scarborough Blvd, Columbus and 9± acres (part of Parcel Number 0360004520), located at 7020 Stemen Road, Pickerington, owned by Austin and Vivien McClain, 7070 Stemen Road. This application requests to apply the CGPOD to this land in order to accommodate an 88-Lot Single Family development.
