Violet Township Notice of Public Hearing
On November 5, 2025, at 7:15 p.m., the Board of Trustees of Violet Township, Fairfield County, Ohio, will hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to the contract establishing and governing the Violet Township - City of Canal Winchester Joint Economic Development District pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 715.72(L) to add certain property to the district. The public hearing will be held at 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington, OH 43147. The public hearing shall allow for public comment and recommendations on the amendment.
The following documents are on file for public inspection: (1) a copy of the amendment; and (2) a description of the areas to be added to the district, including a map in sufficient detail to denote the specific boundaries and zoning restrictions of the areas. These documents may be reviewed in the offices of the Board of Trustees of Violet Township during normal business hours, 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington, OH 43147.
