NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Violet Township Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, located at 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington to consider a Motion adopted by the Violet Township Zoning Commission which is proposed as an amendment to the Violet Township Zoning Resolution. The proposed amendment is designated as Violet Township Zoning Amendment Case No. ZAMD-25-2 and would if adopted, remove and replace Section 3D3-03(D) to include a condition of approval for the Planned 33 Corridor Overlay District that unless excluded by resolution approved by the Board of Trustees, that no property shall be included in an application and development plan unless an applicant agrees to enter into a development agreement with the Township. Such economic development agreement may include the property and use’s involvement and participation in one or more economic development programs. This amendment provides when the development agreement must be filed and a timetable for finalization and execution of such development agreement. The text of this proposed amendment is available for examination from Thursday, October 23, 2025 through Wednesday, November 5, 2025, inclusive, Mondays through Fridays, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington.
