VIOLET TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Violet Township Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, located at 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington to consider the following:
Case Number DEV-25-02: An application for Final Development Plan approval filed by Robert LeVeck, 625 Eastgate Parkway, Gahanna for parcel numbers 0370211720 and 0370211730 consisting of 16+ acres owned by CW Industrial, 625 Eastgate Parkway, Gahanna and The Ugly Mug Bar & Grill LLC, 9645 Basil Western Road. Pursuant to Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3O4-01(6-8) this application requests Final Development Plan approval for the Planned Business and Industrial District known as Violet Commerce Center.
This application is available for examination from Tuesday November 4, 2025 to Tuesday, November 18, 2025 inclusive, Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington. The person responsible for giving notice of this public hearing by publication is Kelly Sarko, Violet Township Zoning Inspector.
After the conclusion of the public hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Violet Township Board of Trustees for its action.
