VIOLET TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Violet Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices located at 10190 Blacklick-Eastern Road, Pickerington, Ohio 43147 to consider the following: 

Case Number 03-ZC-2019: an application filed by Grand Communities LLC, 3940 Olympic Blvd., Suite 100, Erlanger, KY for property consisting of 31.97 acres, located at 12740 Milnor Road.  This application requests to modify the Chesapeake Planned District approved Development Plan and Text in order to accommodate 62 single-family lots and 7.8 acres of Open Space which includes a revised lot arrangement and various textual revisions as well as a request for certain divergences.

This application is available for examination from Thursday, June 6, 2019 through Wednesday, June 19, 2019, inclusive, Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 10190 Blacklick-Eastern Road, Pickerington, Ohio 43147.  The person responsible for giving notice of this public hearing by publication is Kelly Sarko, Violet Township Zoning Inspector.
