The Violet Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at the Violet Township Administrative Offices located at 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington to consider the following:
Case Number 16-VA-2022: an application for variance filed by Robert F. Talbot for property located at 10230 Waterloo Eastern Road, Canal Winchester, owned by Robert F. and Lore A. Talbot. This application requests a variance from the provisions of Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3AA4-05(A)(2) to allow the construction of a detached accessory building which exceeds the permitted floor area for an accessory building on a lot greater than one acre in area; and Section 3AA4-05(A)(4) to allow the height of a detached accessory building to exceed the height of the home’s highest peak or ridge.
The continuation of Case Number 03-CU-2022: an application for Conditional Use Permit for Home Occupation filed by Craig and Krisztina Breidenbach, 13268 Durham Circle, Pickerington, Ohio 43147. Pursuant to Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3J1-02(9) this application requests a Conditional Use Permit in order to conduct a home Occupation from the residence located at 13268 Durham circle.
The continuation of Case Number 15-VA-2022: an application for variance filed by Craig and Krisztina Breidenbach, 13268 Durham Circle, Pickerington, Ohio 43147. This application requests a variances from the provisions of Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3AA5-03(F) to allow additional parking demand beyond what is reasonable for the residential district; Section 3AA5-03(H) to allow non-residents of the dwelling and non-family members to participate in the home occupation; 3AA5-03(M) to allow a vehicle having more than two axles or weighing more than two tons (gross) to be parked, stored or kept at the residence; Section 3J2-12 to allow vehicle parking closer than fifteen (15) feet to the side property line.
These applications are available for examination Friday, August 5, through Thursday, August 18, 2022, inclusive, Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 10190 Blacklick-Eastern Road, Pickerington, Ohio 43147.
