Request to Address Board of Trustees as a Speaker

Three ways to submit a form:

1. Get the form by Downloading/Saving to your computer and complete for submission, or to submit via email at. The downloadable form can be found at  Speaker Request Form. Please download or save the form to your computer, fill in the blanks and then press the submit button, and send using your default mail handler. The form will not submit from just an open browser window. 

2. The day of the meeting at our sign up table at the entrance to the meeting room.
