Notice of Special Meeting and Public Hearing

The Violet Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Special Meeting for the purposes of continuing the Public Hearing for Case Number 34-VA-2021 on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices (Trustees Meeting Room) located at 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington, Ohio.

Case Number 34-VA-2021: an application for variance filed by Diley Ltd., William H Diley, 1114 Bush Road, Washington Courthouse, and Neal Diley, 7770 Allen Road, Canal Winchester, for property located at 7770 Diley Road, Canal Winchester, owned by Diley Farms Ltd., 7770 Allen Road, Canal Winchester.  This application requests a variance from the provisions of Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3A2-02 to allow a property to be split into three lots, each containing less than the required minimum frontage for lots containing 2 or more acres in area.

This application available for examination Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 10190 Blacklick-Eastern Road, Pickerington, Ohio 43147.
