VIOLET TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Notice of Public Hearing

The Violet Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday,
September 15, 2022 at the Violet Township Administrative Offices located at 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington to consider the following:

Case Number 18-VA-2022: an application for variance filed by Phil and Jackie Favorito, 7173 McQueen Drive, Pickerington.  This application requests a variance from the provisions of Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3Y2-01 to allow the installation of a swimming pool closer to the side and rear property lines than permitted

Case Number 19-VA-2022: an application for variance filed by Tom and Mary Gramlich for property located at 6569 Busey Place, Pickerington.  This application requests a variance from the provisions of Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3AA4-05(A)(5)(B) to allow a detached accessory building to be constructed closer to the side property line than permitted.

Case Number 21-VA-2022: an application for variance filed by Jason and Easton McKinney for property located at 12294 Butterfield Drive, Pickerington.  This application requests a variance from the provisions of Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3B2-05 to allow the construction of a deck onto the rear of the home which is to be placed closer to the rear property line than permitted.

Case Number 22-VA-2022: an application for variance filed by Suncraft Corporation, Inc., 122 W. Johnstown Road, Gahanna for property located at 11579 Eddington Avenue, Pickerington, owned by Ann T Noble.  This application requests a variance from the provisions of Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3B2-06 to allow the construction of a porch addition onto the rear of the home which is to be placed closer to the rear property line than permitted.

These applications are available for examination Thursday, September 1, through Thursday, September 15, 2022, inclusive, Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 10190 Blacklick-Eastern Road, Pickerington, Ohio 43147.

The person responsible for giving notice of this public hearing by publication is Kelly Sarko, Violet Township Zoning Inspector.
