Emergency Management Plan

Fairfield County Office of Emergency Management has developed the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan to prepare for a disaster in the Violet Township community. This plan provides a framework on how government will prepare, respond, and recover from an emergency. Some of the hazards Violet Township is vulnerable to include; earthquakes (the hazard does exist), fires, flooding, wind, snow, ice storms, tornadoes and hazardous materials releases.

Violet Township encourages residents to prepare for emergencies. Visit our Emergency Preparedness Page for more information on how you and your family can be prepared for whatever strikes!
