Notice of Public Hearing
The Violet Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, located at 12970 Rustic Drive, Pickerington to consider the following:
Case Number 03-VA-2017: an application for variance filed by Stevison Contracting, 6010 Crooks Road, Lancaster for property located at 6534 Riverton Circle, Pickerington, owned by David M. Hughey. This application requests a variance from the provisions of Violet Township zoning Resolution Section 3B2-04 to allow the construction of an addition which is proposed to be closer to the front property line than permitted.
Case Number 04-VA-2017: an application for variance filed by Robert Widlicka for property located at 9590 Merry Lane, Pickerington. This application requests a variance from the provisions of Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3AA4-05(A)(5)(b) to allow an accessory building to be moved closer to a side or rear property line than permitted.
These applications are available for examination from Friday, March 3, 2017 through Thursday, March 16, 2017, inclusive, Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 12970 Rustic Drive, Pickerington, Ohio 43147. The person responsible for giving notice of this public hearing by publication is Kelly Sarko, Violet Township Zoning Inspector.
